Annoying Customers that keep returning!
1st visit:
Problem: "My razr's battery is dead, i missed 5 important calls"
Solution: Her razr charger was in it's original packaging, we told her "madam, you DO need to charge your phone to keep the battery alive"
2nd visit:
Problem: "My voice mail isn't working! do something!"
Solution: she never set up her voice mail, she assumed that the voice mail set up voice was a "blocker"?, we also noticed that her razr was full of face cream and face powder so we advise to keep her phone away from the make-up
3rd visit
Problem: same as above (she forgot already)
Solution: same as above, except there was still make up on the phone
4th visit...
