can we expect to see the n75 on cingular anytime this year? and if so, what would the pricing be like?

(i know nobody would have any insider info, but any estimates based on comparable nokia phones would greatly be appreciated)

Yes, I've googled several news stories about the N75. Everyone seems to think the N75 will be available from Cingular in early November.

It wont be available for Cingular until Q2 of next year, and thats even if Cingular even decides to carry it.

how do you know? this does seem really really late. i was under the impression that nokia worked very closely with cingular on this one, so it wouldnt spend too much time in testing.

Nokia is promoting the N75 as the "N series Nokia for the American market".

Youtube has a video review of the N75 here is the link ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2snuqsG8VI )

November would be a perfect time to release the N75 just in time for holiday shoppers. Cingular is the only company mentioned as the likely seller in all the press releases I've read.

The N75 has been on the Nokia website for a while and has moved to the top of the expected soon list a few days ago.

I hope it's released soon I want this phone.

I saw on the Nokia site that planned availability is November 2006. With the cancellation of the 6126, I hope that the N75 will come out and not end up like the 6126. I would really be disappointed with Cingular if this happened.

isn't it odd that nokia and cingular worked together on this phone yet it doesnt have HSDPA? is that any indication that it will not be released?

ive heard that the reason there is no HSPDA is because symbian 9.1 does not support it. the n95 will have symbian 9.2 and HSDPA

theres no reason to not love it. its got Symbian on it which means u can customize it to ur heart's content. it plays music, and its got a huge screen.

for a phone thats this good, there isnt much hype around it. for all u who are waiting for the krazr, skip it and get this.

It has UMTS, but it lacks HSDPA. That's what freak12 meant. I think it's a shame that the phone lacks HSDPA ☹️
