Moto Krzr - when will Cingular get it?
It looks like Verizon will be getting the Krzr very soon. When will Cingular be getting it? It seems like Verizon always gets the latest/hottest phones way before Cingular. I would love some chocolate or a krzr. Im tired of Cingular's ****ty phones.

amen to that, cingular is retarded when it comes to releasing phones. krazr should be coming out in 2009 followed by the MAXX in 2011.

Im seriously thinking about switching. Im tired of these ****phones. My 2 years is up and im sitting on an upgrade because there is nothing good to get. I might as well switch to Verizon and get a Krzr or a chocolate. I see no downside to switching from Cingy to Verizon.
Any comments/thoughts on that idea? I know cingular is technically better coverage but the coverage of the U.S. is all about the same by now.

Just buy an unlocked phone for cheaper than upgrade price, thats what i did everything works as good as a branded cingular phone without the hassel of paying an arm and a leg for it.

Those phones dont hold a candle to the W810i coming out on Cingular at the end of the month. And Chocolate is such a disapointment. The orignal korean version is so much better.

No, its just that I have never bought a phone without a plan before. I dont really want to pay $400+ when I can pay $200-250 or less since Im due for a resign/upgrade. I'm well aware you can buy phones on ebay/craigslist but thats not the route I want to go. I was just asking for reputable, well known sites that were selling unbranded, unlocked hardware. I've never actually looked before...
