Why do they keep which phones are coming out when so secret. Its like nobody really knows until they appear on the site. The v3i was supposed to be out in like June.
I dont get why they dont just say expect phone X sometime around X and so forth. All we have to go on is leaks and rumor. It ****ing sucks. Im planning to upgrade but I dont know what to do.

It is so reps say well you have a 30 day trial period. Phone X is coming out in X days. Just take this free phone and come back when X phone gets here in X days and pay the price difference. X days past the 30 days buyers remorse period X phone comes out. Customer gets pissed that X phone came out after their trial period and are stuck with the sh!!ty free phone. Never make a promise you can't keep.

The reason they keep it a secret is for that exact reason.
If you came in during June and activated/upgraded your phone, with plans to come back and switch it for the v3i within 30 days... you'd have been screwed because it didn't come out.
So to save themselves and customers a headache, it's kept a secret. (supposed to be a secret anyway)

😡 Well, once again, Cingular gives the Americans (with TWO exceptions...maybe), another batch of crap-tastic phones. Where the hell are the Palm's!?!?!? Where the hell is the N80?!?!? WHERE THE HELL IS THE W810i?!?!?!? C'mon people!!! It puts the lotion in the basket!!! AAARRGGGHHH!!!!

🤤 Ok. Excellent! I know what the Pearl has. But I do not know the "full" specs on the 700 GSM series. Always liked the Palm ever since the 600 series was dropped when I was with VZW. Pearl is ok, but I was never crazy about RIM's products. Thank you!
