prepaid mobile 2 mobile/10cent plan problem
ok my free mobile to mobile plan works but when I talk for like a minute the account takes 20 cent and the bad thing about it I have a friend that does the same thing and I wonder is there a problem with cingular that this happen?

With Cingular prepaid, you are charged from the moment you press the send key on your cell phone. Now, with mobile to mobile, the call should be free. Please make sure you are calling a Cingular customer and if you are being charged while calling a Cingular customer, you are entitled to a refund for the that call and other calls you have made in the past. Just call Prepaid customer care and have them research the problem further. I hope this helps. 😉

ur phone's call time shouldnt represent the time of the call as Cingular says, if cingular's time clock says its 1 min 1 sec and your phone says 59 sec for the duration of your call, your charged for 2 min of use

and make sure when you call someone and they don't answer hang up before 30 seconds have passed or you will get charged .10.
