Verizon & Tmob outshine Cingy!
Hear you have it folks the proof is in the pudding. Verizon better customer service and Tmob better customer service and better priced when compared to Cingular. So why is it then that Cingular is the biggest GSM company in the US?

Just trying to get to the bottom of why so many people complain and threaten to leave Cingular.
I think company employees should know this in order to move foward in making Cingular a better company.
On another note reasons why people dont leave is because of rollover minutes and being able to use a phone overseas unlike Verizon which cannot.

true true. I think all carriers are really not all that great. Come on, you know like one carrier has the best coverage, another has the most phones, and another has the highest ranked customer service, and so on. (But if we merged all the big carriers then that would be the perfect carrier...hmm something to ponder.)

My point was that aside from the link (which isn't at all devoid of useful info), the post was basically "Cingular sucks, TM & VZW are better" - sorry, but there's enough of that crap going on - believe what you want about your carrier and other carriers, but don't waste time on here whining about how questionable claim A is refuted by qustionable evidence X.

I was only was trying to inform those involved with Cingular on a very informative article from a credible respected source. I was only questioning why. From here on out take it as you will. One thing I do hope is you are not involved in any type of customer servie for any customer.

4 months ago (not three as you stated) is a long time. Cingular has greatly improved their customer service & added many new towers. March 2006 was the First quarter not the last quarter. My point was if your going to state facts make them current - as in this quarter or last quarter.

I will join, I posted those facts in about May or so. The only thing anybody is trying to do is state the facts. This does not mean that Cingular is bad because if it was than they would not have over 50 mil. customers, but at the same time it is saying that Cingy needs to improve somethings as a company, not as individuals within it. I am sure there are plenty of great individuals working for Cingy, and maybe because of the entire merging PROCESS this is the short term down fall of the merger. While we do not know exactly how well Cingy has improved since the last survey we will know in Oct. 06 when volume 2 comes out from JD Power and Associates. 🙂

If I were forced to choose a lager or ale, I'd have to go with Heineken. But for me, nothing, NOTHING beats a Guinness draught. That's some damn good stuff. 🤤 🤤 😁
