yea guys! i want to know if anyone has had any problems witht the v551 and did a warranty exchange and got a razr. my phone is missing up its getting hott maybe its the hours i have on it. i have like 2452hours. anyways please let me know if anyone has anything thanks.

You wont get the RAZR, you'll get a V557 until they run out of those, but from what I've heard, there is still PLENTY of those in stock....

I had one customer that had a 551 and was sent a razr after a few exchanges. It's rare, but not totally unheard of.

Thats through xbm, after three they will do a diff model, sometimes upgrade you, lockline wont, they only do same for same...
