REFUND
OK ABOUT A MONTH AGO I RETRUNED AN UPGARDED THAT I ORDERED ONLINE AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN NY REFUND. I CALLED CINGULAR 3. 2 TIMES I GOT WE CAN NOT FIND UR ORDER DO U HAVE THE IMEI #. THE LAST TIME THE LADY SAID IT WILL TAKE 30 TO 90 DAYS TO GET UR REFUND. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE AND IF ITS NOT DO U KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES?

with most companies it can take 6-8 weeks to get the check back, so i don't see that as being an untrue statement.

IT ONLY THAT I HAVE RUTURN A PHONE IN THE STORE AND THE MONEY WAS BACK ON MY CARD THE NEXT DAY. I WOULD THING THAT IT WOULD ONLY TAKE 2 TO 4 WEEKS TO SEND IT BACK TO CINGULAR. PLUS NOBOBY TOLD THIS TO MY WHEN I WAS SETTING UP THE RETURN I COULD OF SOLD THE PHONE ON EBAY AND GOT A NEW ONE BY NOW, AND I DONT GET MY UPGRADE BACK TILL THE RETURN IS COMPELT.

The thing, before I decided that my sanity was more important than working for Cingular 3 months ago, was that the turnaround time to expect a refund to be rendered to an account is 1-2 billing cycles. That is 30-60(ish) days.
This time, as I understand it, is for the phone to come into the distribution center, wait to be checked in with thousands of other phones (did you think they were joking about the "51 million," thing? you aren't the only customer of the company), verified that you returned the phone that you said you returned and all of it's parts and accessories, all undamaged, and THEN released to credit on the account.
