Thinking about leaving cingular for t mobile
worst case scenario, you leave AFTER trying the new phone, knowing it is in fact the service in your area, not your phones reception, SE does wonders with signal, so i'd say give it a shot, and that's an awesome upgrade too, normally they'd throw a 557 at you.
However, T-Mobile's calling plans are better, and the call quality is better in the Chicago market than Cingular, plus Cingular seems to always have issues with thier handsets malfunctioning and so on. Plus T-Mobile has better customer service. But I am not saying that Cingular is bad. Cingular could be worse...i.e. they could be like Verizon... 😳

Look up sonething called JD Powers. It looks like the experts disagree. Who should we believe? A non-bias research company or someone like you trying to make a buck? Hmmmmmm. Thats a hard one.
JD POWERS, man they are so biased it not even funny, maybe you should take a look into them a bit further, they have been biased for years.
When is that last time you even saw their commercialk on TV , they used to flod tv with for Chrysler, etc..., except they stopped doing that, since people noticed the JD powers would do business with the company yhey were giving hight marks too! Including ATTWS a few years back.
