is Cingulars to have insurance for Treo?

I am wondering if Cingular is doing insurance stuff for the treo 650?

The last time I checked the insurance eligibility list, it wasn't. Most of the RIM and PDA phones Cingular offers (if not all of them) are not covered by insurance due to high cost.
