Cingular Premier

Hey Cingular Reps. I have a question.
Well I put my dad's email in on cingular.com and it said he is elegible for discounts and stuff for Cingular Premier. My line is elegible to upgrade, and they have the Sony Ericsson W600i on the site for me to upgrade to for 179.99 which is great, but then I typed in my other line to upgrade, which isnt elegible yet, and it still lets me continue to upgrade that line. Is this a thing with the premier cingular that lets me upgrade without being elegible or is this just some kind of mix up. If it's not, then this is the coolest thing ever! THANKS!

I've honestly never heard of Cingular Premier. If there's a number on the website I suggest calling it to see what' up.

Cingular Premier is on the Cingular website, its under the business section for people who get discounts. It says Enter your work email and zip code, and it tells you if you're elegible. It said I was and that I'm elegible for 25% of accessories, free shipping, reduced rate plans, deeperdiscounted phones, 10% off monthly service. But one of my lines that wasnt elegible for upgrade was able to upgrade, so I was wondering if thats a feature of the cingular premier or its just an error or what? Thanks..!

Ah, we just call those business discounts. Your foundation may have an arrangement for upgrades at any time, but that isn't common. If the website says you can get a certain price for an item, you probably can.

I did say "if" (I'm not looking at your foundation account as we speak), but I've seen some organizations with that on it. The original agreement the company worked out with Cingular defines all the specials and discounts you can have.

If the website lets you do it, then do it. Don't ask questions -- they aren't going to make you pay them back if it is wrong.

Okey?
The worst that could happen is that they'll figure out the error before sending the phone. Hence, you won't get it. ☹️
