Better selection of higher end flips?
Does anyone have any idea of when we might be seeing some higher end flip phones coming on Cingular? It seems like all the nice flip style Samsung's and LG's are going to Verizon and Sprint.
When it comes contract renewel time, is it worth staying if there's nothing better out by mid-November?

LG C2000 is a very nice phone, the V557 is suppose to have a news ticker on the bottom of the screen, the new LG, and Samsung with PTT, will be very nice, the new 6102 is also pretty nice, what more do you want? Samsung is also coming out with Bluetooth. All of the verizon and Sprints I have seen suck.

The 6102 has got to be the ugliest phone I have ever seen. I went to the store last night specifically to see that one and the 6682 and I have to say that the 6102 really feels cheap and looks really ugly too. I'll keep my RAZR and S710a.

Weird I got the same phones lol, the s710a is freakin awesome, and I love my blk razor hate silver dont know why, come on give the 6102 some credit lol, I like the new 6255i.

Well, I had the 6230, but I needed a warranty replacement, and after a week of me bit$*ing about being offered the v551 or the s66, they finally ponied up and gave me the s710a. But my RAZR is silver as I don't like the black one.
I can't give the 6102 any credit. It is quite simply the ugliest thing I have ever seen. I could puke on my S710a and it would still look better than that phone.

I agree with you about the 6102. The Sony Ericsson s710a seems like a great product though. The two PTT phones coming out are far from high end, and are mid range at best, and besides the 6102 and v551 and ...there really aren't many options right now.
It does though, seem like the v557 will be nice with the news ticker on the lower half of the screen. But other than that and the PTT capability, it's another v551 made over, and still without an outside color display and streaming multimedia.

Yes, there will be. The RAZR2 is coming out within the next several months, and somewhere down the line is the v3x too.
