Problem Areas?

Hello!

I am currently a Verizon Wireless customer but my contract is up in May, and I am fed up with rising prices. AT&T Wireless has many more budget friendly plans and I have been thinking about switching providers for quite some time now. AT&T's service in my area is exceptional but not outstanding, and Cingular currently has VERY few towers here. When I heard about the AT&T and Cingular merger it brought one question to my mind. When the merge is complete will Cingular be so inclined as to fix the "problem areas" on its network?

Thanks!

cingular is constantly working to satisfy customers, we are putting up more towers at the moment faster than any other carriers, plus the service area will be better when the "buyout" is complete, we will then take over all of att towers therefore making att service areas "cingular"...

I would guess that any 'problem' areas that currently have AT&T towers in them will suddenly become 'no problem' areas.

In addition, we are already committed to an agressive network-building plan this year, so you might not have to wait until the deal is complete.
