Anyone here heard of VIP Tools? What is it?
I was told I could get a phone upgrade using this program but I've never heard of this before.

gothca. And the August promo, I was offered to choose from 3 different phones. The CSR told me I would not have to do any kind of contract renewal/extension to get the promo prices. Does this sound right?
