it is about time that cingular offers a variety in equipment protection.
1.99 for lifetime warranty
3.99 for regular insurance that covers everything but manufactures defect
4.99 for complete insurance that covers everything and no limit on claims
...
Thats almost exactly like it was for AT&T except for the unlimited claims part.
...
that's the first thing i thought of also. i was wondering when it would happen. and finally it did.
...
The unlimited claims part is great. I've been dropped by lokcline twice for using the limit of claims.
...
The part that is unlimited is for the Warranty replacements. Customers are still limited to only 2 claims per 12 months for Insurance claims. I just went through the training on this.
...
i did also yesterday. i was told that the 4.99 didn't have a limit on claims per the handout i was givin. the 3.99 still has a 2 claim limit.
...
Check CSP, it says 2...
...
i stand corrected. it does say only 2 😢
...
i was misinformed from what was givin to us.
...
There's NO WAY you got misinformation...LOL 😁
...
lol..that's right... i must have misheard.... we never give misinformation 🤣
...
you should ask for a credit - MisInformation @ training class - oucome: paid day off.
...
that is the best part.
...
lol.. ATT had 1 insurnace plan..... and 1 premium warranty plan..... the warranty plan just sped along the process. The insurnace covered human error, and were on able to make 2 claims a year.
...
The enhanced warranty from AT&T also dropped the warranty claim fee to 5.00
...
When does this all take effect? Does the insurance cover the Treo 650?
...
Treo 650's and other PDA devices aren't covered unfortunately.
...
it starts july 27th. the treo 650 is still not covered yet.
...
Apparently they don't think our save team needs to know about this. We were never told about it and don't have any trainings scheduled in the near future.
...
that's sad. i'm in combined billing and we don't add or remove it or even talk about it and we know about it before a team that deals with it everyday. you can find out all about it in csp under equipment protection program
...
yeah, i just read it. Thanks for the heads up though.
