Prepaid help!!
Ok cust can't make/receive calls.
When dialing you hear dead air, when calling her cell you get the voicemail.
Had pow cyc
Verified imei/sim
Had step outside for better signal
Is in Cingular area.
How do I check balance on her account or what else could be wrong?!?

she can check by going *777#, the only time I've personally had a phone do that was when I ran out of money/passed the expiration date.

I took a couple days off last week and have been trying to avoid this forum because people tend to run their mouths and I just get frustrated and eventually Rich will ban me lol. Im sorry I will post more now though that the other stress is gone and I am not so furious all the time. đ
But, about that customer. I spend half an hour troubleshooting this womens phone, having her make test calls. She keeps telling me the phone isnt ringing. I know her phone has good signal etc.
I finally ask her what number she was trying to call. She told me her home number. She said now she hears it ring in her cell phone but not on the house phone.....

LOL, people. I'm still using prepaid, I think im gonna go to t-mobile if I can get them to xfer my number... Which legally they should have to be able to do right? hmmm. I hope it works, it'll be a better deal for me personally.

No, I am in after hours but somehow the past 4 calls in a row were freakin prepaid!! I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about prepaid accounts....
