Ignorant Business customers

👿 Why the hell are business customers so arragant, and ignorant. I just had a call from a nationally contracted cust, stating that she wanted to authorize COFR for end user. In BEUC 3G we cannot see the account to be able to note account. This cust went off like a rocket. I advised her at what number to call, and then she asked me a question, when I tried to Answer here dummass question the witch hung up on me. What is with that, if you don't know how to dial the phone, don't blame the rep for not being able to see the account. If I was her cust for whatever she does, I would have freaked right back, but to maintain professional business account I didn't, however if I would have been at work, look out lady... wow...
