FIX IVR...Prompt to call from landline for troubleshooting!

We NEED to all emphasize to our floor managers, area managers and directors the importance of changing the IVR system so that when you select the option for phone problems that it clearly says "if you are having trouble with your wireless phone, please call back from another phone with your wireless phone in hand" like it does for XBM. This would help so we wouldn't always have to place o/b calls from our desk phones, have the customer drop on the other line and kill our availability.

get rid of the ivr because it doesnt work right most of the time anyway. i would rather deal with paper contracts and send a customer off with a phone that works than have for example a 3 phone plan i did at 230pm thurs not activate until 440pm fri. thats a little ridiculous.

Here's an even better idea :

Change the customer care number to a 1-900 #

Then people CAN'T call in on there cell phone's
...
