than she was like VERBATIM
" YOU KNOW WHEN THIS WAS ATT WIRELESS THEY WOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT RIGHT ON THE SPOT YOU GUYS ARE SO MUCH DIFFERENT"

When customer's complain about that I just read them this "For any termination (including when you switch your wireless number to another carrier), you will be responsible for payment of all fees and charges through the end of the billing cycle in which termination occurs." If they did'n read the Terms and Conditions of their service agreement it's not my heads up. For those who have been looking for the Terms of Service since the AWS website went down you can find them at this link

The Wireless Service Agreement link is the last one on the page.

In other words, we give you service, you pay your bill? Isn't that what you are supposed to do, and you want a free phone cause you think since you have been good to us, we should obey your command. Responsibility is good, paying your bill is responsibility, you don't get awards for being responsible, or for paying bills. Question: If you always pay your electric bill ontime, do they give you a ...
