Have your noticed with the V3....
They have alot of problems??? Like when a customer calls and says, "my voicemail isnt working" its b/c the retrieval number isnt programmed...same with txt msg and media net. For people to spend so much money on those phones, I dont understand why they have those issues. When a customer gets a phone in the store, do they reps have to put that info in there or are they "supposed" to have it in there already???

i think the v3 is just supposed to LOOK pretty, not actually do anything except get you a date...maybe...if you can call her to set it up that is. 😁

The phones are supposed to be programmed before we receive them in store. I couldn't count the number of phones I've come across that weren't programmed, and this isn't exclusive to any one model or brand. For whatever reason, sometimes it's not there and has to be put in but it's definitely not a phone specific problem.

Well being in CC, most of the phones that have that problem are the V3's. Its annoying.

Some (not all,but some) of the problem were the people who bought the black euro RAZR's before we started selling them, they didnt have correct settings, i saw tons of them, customers calling in mad b/c their internet, mms, vm didnt work.....
