coverage in new york
is any one else having problems with droped calls,failed calls,or poor reception?.i am in the syracuse,rochester,buffalo area. i would really like some answers because it has only been in the last week or two that this has been going on.any help would be great.thank you in advance for the help

Its not likely in New York, the coverage the is HUGE there is a tower almost on every corner, if it happening on more then a five mile radius then its more then likely a device issue.

you can switch your phone so that you do a MANUAL selection of networks...just call into cus care and they can walk you through how to do it

i called cingular and they wouldnt unlock that option for me. The buffalo/Niagara Falls service is horrible just so you know.

I'm in Louisiana and I've been having major problems with dropped calls. I'm not sure what is going on but it got really bad about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I've been having voicemail problems too.
