NO, I have no idea when towers will be added to your coverage area. Check with a local rep.
Sometime around the end of the year, when the ATTWS merger finally concludes, that tower at your college will become our tower, and almost certainly be added to our network. That is all I can offer you from New England.

the campus that I am on, has a tower (its the highest point in Morristown) and AT&T, Verizon (and recently sombody else.. not sure who..) have antenna's on top of that tower, (and a utility room on bottom) I do know the terms were, that the college owns the tower, and could rent out space on the tower to anybody
