Fun with GAIT customers
I kinda feel sorry for all these customers that got put on GAIT plans. Ive been getting a lot in recently who want to upgrade or add on lines but have to change anything. A lot of them have great plans and would have to pay like $20 more a month just to get the same things. Then they think you are not telling them the truth that they have to change their plans. Is Cingular doing anything in CS with anything like retention plans for these type of customers, or do they have to switch over to the new plans no matter what? And is there any word at all about when TDMA will no longer exist? I know its comming, but no clue when.
It also doenst help that a rep at a different store didnt look up there account before telling them their options so n...

Customers are not required to switch their plans when moving to a different technology (at least in this region).
