I have a quick question. Do Orange reps have access to POET?
...
I am a blue rep and i have access to it via different systems- but I have CSP and I have seen poet as a system listed in csp, so you should have it if you have csp.
...
Next question....how many reps USE poet?
Just guessing, but I'd say not many.
...
If you can access CCNET you should be able to get access to it.

Poet is great for us blue reps, it's very easy to use. I get a cust, not able to pull them up in my system, plug the number into poet and it tells me which provider they are with then i know if i should xferr to cingular or tell them, "no sir, you are with SUN COM" (for some reason they think they are att sometimes, even tho they are with the actually sun com company :S... also it's great for migrations as it tells you if the customer is divested. And it's great for port information, tells you if the number can be ported- say if a cust called from verizon wants to know if they can Port their number to cingy - put number in poet, yes or no. plain and simple. great system.

They don't understand that us BLUE reps get fried for transferring, having a short call, or heck breathing between calls. You have the number, CALL THEM! They should make a tool tho to tell orange that it's...
