GoPhone Online Deal question...
I ordered a Sony Erricson t237 online about two months ago.. It was 30$ but now i see they have a samgun c207 on there for 30$ also, i was wondering if i could order it without purchasing a plan for that price... Like will it charge my credit card if i order that plan but do not activate it for a new number? can i just insert my SIm Card from my old phone without it charging me for two plans? Just want the phone for 30$ Do not want an extra plan.. I can just insert my SIM card right?

Yeah you can. You will know if you are setting up a new account or not when you place the order. If you are asked to pick a rate plan than back out and try to order it a different way.

I am asked to pick a rate plan... But last time i did it they let me pick it and i only paid 30$ up front.. And they did not charge my credit card until i activated a new line which i will not... i will just put my sim card in it.. Should i be okay?

You could always go for pay as you go, and I know from personal experience that the rate plan for those in no way will go affect, well since there is none! Same Phone, Same Price.
