I just a call from the perfect customer. He had gone over his min and wanted to know if a certain promo had been added. It had and he went over anyways. I explained it to him and he understood and lived with it. He wasn't upset and generally speaking he was a nice guy. A pleasure to work with. Heres the kicker though i offered him 30 CAM, becuase I really did not feel like another billing fight (this was very early on in the call, just after i informed him that the online track had delays and usually delayed for up a couple of days). He declined them syaing they were not nessary, as he understood the problem and would be more carewful in the future. He even told me that he did not want "something of nothing!" I just finished my fist night taking Orange escalated calls..... 😳 😳 😳 . Where have these people been all my life. A woman upset over a $900 phone bill. "Oh I see how I went over now the last rep wasn't entirely clear, can I pay that with my CC now?" I was like, blown away. She didn't want to yell, scream, insult, demand credit. Just wanted an explination. It was my first call and figured it was the exception not the rule. Nope of the 12 escalated calls I took (dont complain to me about the volume we have good reps de escalating here) only one was shook up and raised thier voice. And after that they appologised for taking their anger out on me! My only complaint is that I stay in quque 30 minutes later that CW stays open, and...
