New phones thru Cingular??
I would bet they will introduce some new ones at CTIA. Cingular is notorious for quietly sneaking new models into their lineup. You pretty much have to just check their site daily, really. I've been with them for 4+ years (when they were still Southwestern Bell) and they have never announced new phones, except for last year when they went from TDMA to GSM. I would watch the CTIA reports, though, and the website.

6230... now word yet but you are right about Cingular. Not proactive about communicating new handsets. They seem afraid to be seen as technologically "leading edge".
AT&T has been much better about announcing and adopting newer technology and handsets at a quicker pace. Hopefully this will carryover in the merger..
