1. Deploy LTE.
2. Not be last in customer service.
3. Invest more money into the network.

-When there is a dealer store "around the corner" to the customer, don't tell them that the closest store is the nearest COR store that just happens to be 20 miles away.
-to coin a phrase, "it's about the NETWORK stupid"- I don't mean deploy 4g, I mean add coverage where you don't have it at all- you need to step up.
