FAMILY PLANS!!!
T-Mobile
Pros
-inexpensive (least expensive family plan for 4 starting at $70)
-they have coverage in my area, and i don't travel a lot, so roaming isn't a big deal
Cons
-BAD PHONE LINEUP (i only want 2 of their phones, samsung e315 and motorola v330)
-t-mobile seems girly, especially with their phones, but i think i can manage
Cingular
Pros
-Finally, i can afford the MOTOROLA RAZR V3!!!! it costs about $150 at a store by me
-they have coverage in my area, and if i find myself in a strange area, i can rely on coverage to call and get help
-good phone line-up, very manly
Cons
-Family plan starts at $90!!!!!!
-expanding from above, expensive

So, i am in a tussle. can u help decide which i should get??? I really want to get the razr v3, it is my dream phone, but i also want an inexpensive plan for me and my family.
help
Hmm what are looking at for plans to start at 90 dollars? the family plans begins at 59.99 for the first two lines of service. Are you referring to more then one line of service? are you looking at a lot more minutes? to say they start at 90 dollars is big time misinformation.
For 4 lines a family plan starts at $90.
$59.99 + 14.99*2

beat me to it!
Ok well lets see what your really looking at here, family plan for 70$ verse family plan for 90$, but you get the motto razr for 150$? That has to be on a 2yr agreement, so lets calulate how much extra that is for you.
20*24months= 480$
So that razr is really costing you 150+480=630$
Is the motto razr really wroth $630 to you?
Actually the better quest is; Is $480 worth "manly phones" and better coverage?
Also i hate to burst your bubble, but the motto v551 has more features on it, and usually costs less.

It also why I said for the first 2 lines of service it was the way he posted it it made no sense. But really what do people expect for FOUR lines of service. you cannot get it for free, as most customers would prefer.
39.99 + 19.99(3) = 99.96
You spend less with more minutes with the new plan.
it's a family plan, so 39.99+19.99(2)=$80
family plan, as in it comes with 2 lines of service!!! 🤣

hmm actually the old family plans were not priced that way. it was 39.99 for the first line and 19.99 for each additional line. I read the first post wrong they mentioned 4 lines I missed that part. But there is never pricing of 39.99 for the first two lines. just the first line additional for each otherline.
In some areas Cingular and T-Mobile share networks but not a whole lot of sharing.
Check T-Mobiles website coverage map. Thats it. THats the coverage you will get.
Check Cingulars coverage map. Thats the coverage you will get with the Razor.

Hmm coverage is not dependent on the phone you have, the coverage is the same, it is your plan that defines how you are billed for that coverage.
So I just meant the map he see's is the coverage he will get.... WITH his Razor phone. Didn't mean to imply that he would get different coverage with different phones.
i even understood what he said. putting 2 and 2 together. 🙄

reason why I stated what I did is because someone can read it that way. An example would be unlimited nights and weekends someone then says free nights and weekends, then the customer does everything such as data usage international calls roaming as if that really meant free nights and weekends when it is unlimited n&w within your rate plan. I saw this on many bills, and people argue my n&w are free. The wording can be implied as the razer gives that coverage. He may not have meant that but it can be seen that from how it was worded.

ahhh, smart, but still, even if someone read it like that and tried to do something about it, it is their fault. if u get wut i'm saying
Oh I totally hear you, but the you be surprised on thing people call in for and and try and ask for. I love helping people with a valid problem but some people have strange requests or just unrealistic expectations.
