No patience for stupidity........

Ok I don't know what it is but I seem to be getting some really anal and stupid customers..

Caller number one: I gave the exact co-oridinates of where the issue is occurring....Can I have access to my case that was submitted?!? (WTF is he thinking.....first of all the "co-ordinates" where no help whatsoever considering he wanted me to resubmit a case and all they were, street names that don't even come up in our system. And second...access to a case?!?)

Second Caller: I want to know how much I pay for voicemail.

Sir its free it comes out of your plan minutes.

Oh ok...well can you add it.

Sir you have it on your account, can you press and hold the one key for me?

Sure....all it says is one on the screen..

i would rather deal with ignorance in person becasue than u can do it for them... things are easier when u see it than when u are told bout it.... deomontrations are way better

Hourly/salary is more BUT I make a good amount in my commission because I work hard for that... You can't guarantee that you can make other people work as hard as you do. ☚ī¸

I spent 10 minutes with a person trying to explain, no I cannot troubleshoot why their T-mobile phone is having problems making calls from their house...i feel your pain 😁

I kind of worded that wrong. The guy claimed that on his line only there was to be NO detailed billing. I am showing it there since 2004 he says this is the first time it happened. Tell me why he yelled at me because detailed billing can cause divorces and this is just unacceptable.......

Cheating causes divorces, detailed billing just outs morons. Roll your eyes at them, and be happy that you don't have to slap on a phony smile while listening to the smarmy bastard give you more details than you'd ever care to know on his exploits. He yelled cus he's mad at himself for being an idiot, but he's too stuck up to yell at himself.

My manager is playing with a lazer pointer on the wall and talking to himself. *sigh*

he yelled at you becuase his wife found out the numbers he been calling and most likely had a nice long chat with his mistriss. If it is any consulation to you I'll bet that he didn't yell at you half as much as his wife would have **** blasted him. 😈

I'm with you Shayby. My sinuses are about to kerplode, and I am getting nothing but the same migration questions over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

Oh, and the short calls are going to ruin my AWIT today, too. That's nice. I like being molested by circumstance

I love the difference you see in different people in the same job type. I had a sales rep today who was awesome. He had an error and asked me to fix it. I made the changes to the account and the features the CUSTOMER ASKED for were put under his dealer code. As I was making the changes to the account I heard him explaining in detail all the different features and options and asking if they want them. He was great!

The next one I get, someone in the store messed up the woman's account and he was telling me how to do MY job....I'll fix your mistakes, I know how, but dont tell me how to do my damn job im very good at what I do, and im good at fixing things in telegence (far better than I was in Siebel)
