...Such thing as a good standing customer credit?

Does Cingular give good standing customer credits?

Not usually. In my experience, especially now with the bid to purchase AT&T around $41 billion Cingular willo need all the money they can get, so the credits are going to become slim. But it worth a shot right?

they abosolutley do...we do it every day if its worth it. YOU MUST HAVE GOOD PYMT HISTORY,AND NOT ASK FOR SOMETHING EVERY MONTH 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

Yep i know i do, i gave the most credits in the call center for the month of March - $4,500 dollars. just call me...lol

I had a supervisor (T-Mo) who did that. 🤣 If you confused him enough, and he was easily confused, you could get the world. I'd heard that that was the reason he'd been demoted from manager to sup.

as in if you go over your min? We look at different things when looking at credit eligiblity... We look at past payment history ( suspends, late bills, manual handling ) past credits and adjustments, ARPU ( Average Revenue Per User ) ect. Depending on what the credit is for we take it on a case by case basis. We're not going to just "give" you a credit. Personally, when such things like overages occur, no matter what, if you are willing to upgrade to more min. I'm willing to meet you half way on your overages.

I wonder...... I have been drinking Pepsi for over 20 years, I think they should give me a free case b/c I've been such a good customer..... better yet, where's my free gas? I've been buying that for even longer, any chance Exxon will fill my tank up for free?

They've started running a trial of a new upgrade policy in several markets - going off of a mixture of a customer's lifetime value, off network usage, payment history, rate plan and features, customers can qualify for up to an extra $100 off the 2 year pricing on new equipment when they upgrade.

Theres several tiers of offers, but to break it down into the basic levels they go like this:

1:Standard 2 year upgrade pricing - upgrade fee charged

2:Standard 2 year upgrade pricing - upgrade fee waived

3:Standard 2 year upgrade pricing plus additional $50 off price - upgrade fee waived

4:Standard 2 year upgrade pricing plus additional $100 off price - upgrade fee waived
