hey you orange people what do you customers think of the new rate plans the ones on the blue side some like it and some hate them

i havent had a problem with the new plans yet....but its still early in the month đ i am in a former blue legacy store

i have had a even split on the plans i customer was estatic because the same plan he has w/ ATTWS(149.99) has 3000 now the new Cingular plan has 4000 also one lady did not like the options they have now due to the fact there is no 29.99 nation plan đ âšī¸ đ âšī¸ đ âšī¸

im a lil upset they got rid of the 29.99 plan....we used to have a lot of customers sign up on it...but we make sure to ask where they work to see if they get a discount to help lower the cost of the 39.99 and any other plan......one lady i talked to said she was going home to think about the family plan because 3 days b4 when she was in it was 69.99 plus the 9.99 add a lines đĸ

I like them alot. With the exception of the Nation 600, its gonna make things easier especially with the bundled family talk. Plus those who want the 29.99 I find it very easy to either sell them on the GoPhone(older customers) or show the how much more they get at 39.99(younger crowd). Customers are used to change by now so this makes it easier for all involved.
