Phone Won't Charge For A Month
Is it a full-moon today? Cust calls and says her phone won't charge and hasn't charged for over a month. So I ask her if she has her phone. "Oh, we're talking on it now!"
So, this phone get used every day and won't take a charge. For a month. Must have one of those nuke-cells that were in the news last week.
I didn't want to ask her if her backlight worked, "Oh, it glows green all the time."
Right.

I had a customer tell me his phone was changed from TDMA to GSM over the phone, by someone sending a signal to it. 😳

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! 🤣 Thats classic!!

I just had customer tell me she through out her sim card. 😳
...
haha and why did she do that?? did it try biting her??

Didn't you know? Those SIM cards contain alien mind-control chips in them! That's why Europe is moving so fast towards a one-world-government!

I had a man yesterday ask if we cut his service off TODAY because his phone has not been POWERING ON for over a month. He thought we drained the battery on him to prevent him using it... 😳

wouldn't that be cool if we could do stuff like that. i think it would be neat if there was a device in every phone that we could shock the cust when they were being stupid.

I had high hopes for the Moto exploding battery--all we need is to make sure all the customers have them, then wire a button to each rep station. *BOOM* Talk about your one call resolution! 🤣
...
that would go handy with those nuke batteries they were talking about earlier

The nuke batteries are more of a long term strategem--keep the phone in your pocket and eventually fewer stupid people will be breeding... 🤣
