Damn you missed!!!!!

ralph, how would you handle a call where a customer says she didnt make the DA calls..then she changes her story (45 mins later) and says that tech called her and made her make all those calls (check account, she had been credited for those calls already) but she says these were MORE calls that tech made her make??

If it wasn't noted you can't really do anything about it. The best I would do is make her pay for half, but I'd probably just say I couldn't credit anything that wasn't in writing. Are the times even near when the other DA calls were made?

Nope. When they were made everything had been completed and credits had been applied to the account. Also, there are no notes from a tech rep.

The only notes on the account are from a customer service rep stating that the customer called in and said tech had been troubleshooting her phone and having her call 411.

There is no tech rep on the account....thats the problem. She says it was a tech rep out of Chicago and actually asked me to tell her names of tech reps and she would be able to remember it then.

There was a case, that had been resolved a while back. She said they called her a couple of months ago, the charges were recent.

She said she filed a complaint because when she called 411 it was dialing the number for her, she also said the issue had been resolved when they called her a couple months ago. There is a case on the account but nothing like this. And my manager was a tech rep and said they would not have her call 411 like that (since they can't credit the account)

I usually eat about once a day. Which is when/if I stop by my mom's that day, or if my roommate is hungry after work we find some type of food lol.
