So with the GSM Nation plans, there are no roaming or long distance charges anywhere in the US.

"Cingular Extend" means that your phone is using a non-Cingular tower. There is usually a delay of getting the billing from those calls back to Cingular, so we can put it on your bill-- it may be several weeks before those minutes are reported to us, and thus until we can report them to you.

Actually with GSM Nation you will never be charged roaming. When your phone says Cingular Extend that just means you might be using someones elses tower system. No charges are applied other than regular minutes.
