this forum has been like a gost town for the last couple of weeks.
Anyway, i just wanted to share my observation that the best cell phones go to Europe first and then we get to play with them.
Anyone know why that is so?
I thought we were just about caught up with the technology.

My theory is....The newer tech goes to Asia and Europe because U.S. customers have been so inundated with "FREE PHONES", that they expect to have all the bells and whistles on the free phones. So the manufacturers have to develop some revenue to pay for the newer tech, before they can ship them to us at cheaper pricing. Most Europeans and Asians that carry cell-phones can afford to pay a premium for a cell-phone and not give a rats ass the cost, where here in the U.S. we demand free phones. I think its ridiculous. When you get cable service, does the cable company provide you with a 52" big screen TV? Or the wire-line telephone company provide you with free telephones on each outlet? Or does the power company provide you with a household of ...
