hello i have tow questions about upgrading through cingular?
hello im on a two year contract with cingular when will i be able to upgrade? I have another question im on a family play and the person i am on the plan with is eligible for an upgrade is it possible for me to give her my old motorola t720 and use her upgrade to buy the motorola v400? Any responses will be greatly appreciated. 😁 🙂

Generally, around Month 21 of your 24-month agreement. Exceptions can be made for several reasons, though, so it is best to check if you are close to that.

Not that way. She has to use her upgrade.
Have her buy the V400, then switch SIM cards. Voila!
