If you are employed by Bestbuy, radioshack, and/or corporate stores how much comission do you get for selling phones, features, etc. Thank you

Not sure about the other 2 but the Bestbuy by me it is $0 they get none

With Best Buy they get hourly and if the "mobile store" with in the store sells their quota for each carrier they get bonuses depending on if they are FT/PT.
Authorized dealers I have heard work on phone sales and or feature sales to which they make a portion of or have certain alotment of that feature. Some locations also payout on the plan/ and or phone sold.
With COR stores they pay out on features, accessories and plans sold. Now the payouts on your features and rate plans are dependent on how many lines you sell (both new and upgrades).
EX. if your goal is 50 lines and 2000 in features. if you do 45 lines and 1600 in features. You would get 90% of 1600 not 2000.
