GSM Coverage Miami

I went into a Cingular store today and saw a whole bunch of GSM phones. Finally! Does anybody know if this coverage off their own network or roaming on say ATT ot T-Mobile. 😳

Cingular's coverage. By the end of 2004 all current TDMA towers nationwide will be carrying GSM as well.
