Jackie, there is a couple of questions, was he prev. tdma or gsm, was it more or less then 30 days ago, and does he have his old "blue" phone?

Wish i could Jackie, but when they migrate, its a "preferred port" and we can't just reactivate him, as siebel won't let you cuz the number is ported over to cingular, you'll have to go through NAS, and they have to build a profile for him on the old account, but advise him,that depanding on what promotions he had on the old plan, he may not get them back, as most of them are removed out of the systems, and if they arethey are gone for good.

I usually never cold transfer...I do to those depts though. I can't be bothered to waste time arguing.
I find that SOME of the Orange Care is hard to work with at times too, but nothing like those depts. đ
