🙄 I HAVE A MOTOROLA V 400 From CINGULAR How DO I UNLOCK IT IF I HAVE TO USE IT WITH T. MOBILE OR ANY OTHER CARRIER. PLEASE HELP.

it's automatically unlocked! all Cingular World Phones are.
