CLUELESS: Is At&t legally blonde?

Wink Seriously, with all the other carriers out there capitalizing on the demand for non contracted cellphone service, At&t seems to be too busy lying about their coverage and promoting the Iphone to worry about that! When will At&t learn that NOBODY wants a pay as you go plan with refill cards!? Sure, some people may like that sort of plan, but the majority of people don't like the idea of loading minutes on a pre paid card! At&t needs to wake up, smell the coffee, and get a clue! It seems like they don't like the pre paid idea at all, so they make it extremely hard for customers. Recently they announced the unlimited talk & texting plan for $60 a month, but you have to jump through so many hoops to get the plan, by the time you figu...

Apparently the hoops are not as hard as you think. Bill to CC, unlimited talk and text for $60? Doesn't seem to difficult. What exactly is hard about that?

Considering they killed it on prepaid adds this last quarter they are doing something right.

Sigma, can i really get unlimited talk and text for sixty bucks? What's the catch? And how do you like the new Palm Pre Plus with ATT?

but setting a phone up on $60 Unlimited Talk/Text isn't that hard.

Put $60 on account... purchase 30 day feature. Hell... you can even purchase multiple copies of the same feature (Taking on multiple months at one time).

I've helped one lady setup 2 months of unlimited texting. Don't know how far in advance you can go, but it wasn't that hard to call number and follow phone prompts.

How is their setup any different/worse than Verizon's prepaid options? Virgin Mobile? T-Mobile?

And cheap? You want cheap - get Straight Talk... or Tracphone... Or hell even iDen Boost. $60/month isn't "cheap" by any means.

Hmmm, if being able to set up a recurring charge on your credit card for $60 a month to "reup" your unlimited talk/text plan every month automatically is difficult for you, then maybe you should have your mommy take you to the ATT store next time and do it for you.

Apathy towards your Network quality (NOT QUANTITY) to let the iPhone Users face the dead zone doldrums on their own with no real material support to back it up? Yeah! Uh Huh!! So you blame ATT for your despicable trolling behavior? Remember, real men take responsibility for their own actions. So how is it ATT's fault that you are acting like a d bag? I suppose if you got in a car accident and it was YOUR fault because you were texting will driving on an ATT phone, somehow you would spin it to make it ATT fault? Own up, son to your ridiculous behavior.

I laugh at sunilsonia. I remember in the T-Mobile forums over a year ago he was downplaying T-Mobile and singing the praises of AT&T how they had great 3G coverage and Rollover was the best thing since sliced bread. Nowadays? "Rollover is a joke!!!" and "Their 3G is horrible!!!" Laughing

Every carrier form you go to you always have something to complain about. Not every carrier is perfect, everyone has their faults. So if all you are gonna do is troll then be gone Smile

I bet you're not even with AT&T. You sound like a broken record quoting what every other Vz (or X carrier fanatic) who is bitter about not being able to get the iPhone on their carrier says about AT&T. Dropped calls? Yes, they happen, but not even a fraction of you make them up to be. That there tells me you're not with AT&T.

You know it's interesting when you see posts by people who complain about dropped calls or lack of coverage or what have you. You notice that the majority of people don't list what city they are in, or even give you a percentage of the calls they drop? No, all you hear about is AT&T sucks. Well it doesn't suck where I live (hint, the city is in my username). If your service sux so bad, then sell your iPhone for enough money to cover your cancellation fee and switch if everything sucks so much with AT&T. troll on over to Sprint and tell me how much you love their service then!

That plan is with a go phone account. Stop into a corp. store/authorized retailer and tell them you are interested in it. Im sure they would be glad to answer your questions.
