Simple rules to be happy with any service provider
2) Find a phone that does what you NEED it to do.
3) Pick a plan that fits your needs.
4) Review your bill monthly and pay it on time.
5) Treat your phone like the expensive electronic equipment it is.
6) Expect to only get a discount on a new phone within the guidelines set forth by your provider.
2) Coming in and saying you need a Blackberry for your all important business but settling for a Breeze.
3) Talk about how many/few minutes you use and then do the opposite.
4) Never look at your bill but rather call and say "Why's my bill $347.32?"
5) You treat your expensive electronic equipment like you can come get one at $50 at any given time you please when you clearly signed a contract to get that one time discount.
6) Drop it and water and demand a brand new replacement for free because they should be waterproof.
*Disclaimer* I know not everyone is like this, let's not all jump my ass. However these are common issues.
