ATT vs Verizon coverage
ATT Sucks. It is just that simple.
My buddy who lives in Tucson switched from Verizon to ATT so he could have the iphone. Now when talking to him there are many more dropped calls and garbled speach.
I recently flew to Tucson and we drove to Malta Montana. I had Verizon coverage when he had none and many more times I had 3G when he did not. He drove most of the time so I had my laptop teathered to my phone surfing the net. This really pissed him off.
I want the iphone but will not get one until verizon does. Having an iphone on att is like driving a porche on a dirt road.

We appreciate your attempt to start a flame war. We hope you enjoyed bashing AT&T and praising Verizon for their alleged superior network. We understand that you want an iPhone but that you will wait until it comes out on Verizon's alleged superior network.

Well, we at least stopped in Hatch NM for a few hours to eat Chilis. On the way back home my buddy bought two 40 pound bags of roasted chilis to take home.

Did your friend use his condiments app on his iPhone to get you extra ketchup? I like lots of ketcup on my burger.

Well hopefully verizon makes apple put a better antennae in their version. iPhone sucks as a phone compared to other at&t phones.

I can't argue with that. It surely needs work as a phone.
But.....it's value as a gateway to the internet is superior to any other smart phone I have used. Many times I grab my ipod touch to check weather, stocks, scores (go Steelers),etc instead of using my computer.

Did you know the iPhone is made with the same plastic that is used to manufacture shampoo bottles? Isn't that neat?! I wonder if the iPhone has an app to shampoo one's head...

I disagree. I believe that the bold has just as good of internet then the iphone. I actually found the bold to be faster in some cases. Just my personal experience. Everyones different.
