The old AT&T Wireless let their network go down the drains and it dragged the company with it. Now, it seems, the new AT&T is on that same path.
Oh, AT&T, how beautiful you once were! Now you are becoming more hated than Sprint! 😢

Sad, but true. ☹️
I ran across a comment on another article I just read:
It reads:
As someone who works on building the AT&T network - I can say with certainty: you are right. The network is running way too hot; there is not enough capital to expand it. Please continue to call AT&T out so that the upper management will start upgrading and expanding this network. Right now, our hands are tied.

But AT&T screwed them all up. I loved selling Cingualr they where great and C.S. was always very helpful and hardly had complaints. So did they get worse or did VZW just get that much better? They gave all there money to Apple and had none left for the network upgeades that where sorley needed. Now it's an uphill battle. But I miss Cingular
I miss Cingular too. It was a great brand and I loved Cingular Jack. My very first cell phone was with Cingular. Things were better when there were two parent companies involved, but AT&T has spent so much on acquisitions and rebranding in recent years that it's not funny.
Out here in the mid-west, the 3G works great in the coverage areas, and you can get 2G in some pretty remote places. They don't have the near omni-presence of Verizon, but they are close. There are even some areas where they beat Verizon (despite what Verizon's coverage maps say...)
