What so hard about sending via email until they implement it? I just dont get it. If MMS were so important to you why did you chose the IPhone?

1. I don't own an iPhone
2. Is it too much to ask AT&T for the ability to use MMS on an iPhone when people with Nokia 2610s can do just that?

3. If this is the attitude you are exhibiting as an AT&T employee, no wonder your company is really slow at launching MMS for the new iPhone. If you can't take the iPhone, then get out of your contract with Apple and give it up already.

Let me start off by saying I wasn't criticizing at&t when I said that they will probably consider late summer September 21st. I'm certain iphone customers could send mms right now, but what happens when they don't go through periodically, or one fails? Then there's 50 more threads just like this one complaining about how their iphone can't send mms.
Also, you're #3 reason was really lame.

YOu cant compare a Nokia 2610 to an iphone. The iphone uses the technology different then a regular phone. The reason it is restricted is because we are doing upgrades to our network to handle the load. To make it the best customer experience they are performing upgrades.

It isnt an attitude that I am conveying it is frustration because there is a workaround until it is implemented. It just takes an extra few clicks to do but I guess for some its too hard. I spoke with a 58 year old women yesterday getting an iphone for the first time; after I explained the...

Apple doesn't control AT&Ts towers. Upgrades are in the process. They are not completed *yet*, as it takes a tad of work to do so. The ad had a disclaimer, it's as simple as that, there is no lawsuit there, it's simply complaining because there was a disclaimer.

Sue me. See how it turns out.

Everyone uses disclaimers on everything.

Where does this above 600kb MMS msg's stuff come from?
AT&T limits MMS's to 300kb's.

So that's how many ATT customers have Iphones,
14.1m?
