After reading a few of your posts, I can safely say that all that you're complaining about is not 100% true.
Trolls have come and gone in this forum.... and you're this year's PITA in the AT&T forum.

Why is almost every at&t rep's response akin to the fox and the sour grapes?
Nothing apparently has changed from the days of old when every problem Cingular had was the fault of the customer and not a negative reflection of Cingular's policies - and so it goes with at&t.
What a joke customer service must be based on the responses of the 'professionals' (term used loosely) here.

AT&T's customer care reps have always been very very nice and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with the friendliness and helpfulness of AT&T's reps. I just have problems with the swiss cheese coverage in my city. When I go visit family in Texas, I have full signal everywhere. But at home in my city I don't and it's sad.

It is also a false statement that you can get a free phone when ever you want. I am a Verizon Wireless customer as well as an employee. That statement is going to give customer or soon to be customers false information.
However in the United States Verizon Wireless does have the best network.
