New Emplyee
hi guys, I am a new sales consultant for At&T Corp store. I start training in Sept. I have 3 years of exp working for VZW direct, so I am def excited.
Couple questions ,
What is At&T requirement to transfer stores, down the road? I may want to relocate. Verizon I had to be in same position for 9 months. Just curious?
Does At&T as a company have a yearly bonus based off of how well the company does. With Verizon we had a yearly bonus every Feb 28 on top of commissions etc?
What is training like? I have training for a week but it is 3 - 3.5 hours away from where I will be working.
I am sure I can ask my hiring manager these questions, but just got all paperwork today so curious 🙂

first of all welcome to the company!
with working in a core store you would have to stay in the same position anyware between 6 month to a year. but mainly 6 months.
second as far as yearly bonuses we dont have one.
third depending on where you training is located at its fun. when i first started i had training for two weeks, but they were 8 hours classes for 5 days a week. there pretty much goin to teach you the same thing u automatically know! selling. just have an opened mind, i as well came from another carrier!
