Here's a perfect example of a handset that is !!TOO GOOD!! for ATT

ATT really needs to have higher standards, the SE C905 is a step in the right direction. And don't give me this they give the consumer what the consumer wants. Consumers ONLY know what ATT "offers". The avg consumers doesn't know anything else except what ATT offers.

Here's an example of HIGHER STANDARDS than ATT:

That does look like a sweet device. Let's hope ATT wont cripple it with their bloatware.

Um, doesn't that article state in the headline that AT&T will be carrying that phone?

I believe it says it's "compatible" w/ATT. Which only means something if you can afford to buy it unlocked, just because a handset is "compatible" w/ATT doesn't mean they're going to pick up. There are a lot of phones that are compatible w/ATT but are too good for them to carry.

Actually, if you look at Samsung's history they never sell NAM's unlocked. Samsung has their nose so far up the network operators butts its pathetic.
Its a shame too, they have made some decent devices of late but you won't get a NAM 3G model unless you sign a network contract.
They are not as concerned as Nokia is when it comes to end-user experience with high-end devices.
Bottom line: Samsung doesn't sell you a...
