JAIL BREAKING MY IPHONE

Mr. Brown

Jul 12, 2009, 1:56 PM
Hey guys I'm currently in a contract with AT&T with my iPhone. Ive had it for a few months now and I'm thinking about getting it jail broke. I have concerns about what it does to the warranty if i ever have to use it does it completely void it? Also does it mess up anything system wise? I just don't want to do it and have something go wrong with the phone, and because i jail broke it, I'm **** out of luck. Whats your guys take on this?

if its unlocked then that voids your warranty, jailbreaking does as well, but if you restore the phone before takin it in, your fine. as far as whether or not it messes up your phone, i have never heard of an iphone brickin when jailbroken, tho if you get a bad hack, you may need to restore it and start over...

i dont like the iphone unless its jailbroken, screw apple for blocking basic features just to charge me more for a different phone unblocked...
